The Pankhurst Trust (incorporating Manchester Women's Aid) a community that is committed to tackling gender inequality and the violence and injustice it fosters.  From the birthplace of the women's Social and Political Union, founded by Emmeline Pankhurst, they work to ensure that people, suffering, or at risk of domestic abuse receive appropriate support.  10% of all our sales will go to the Trust to help them provide safe accommodation and specialist support services.  As well as helping women suffering domestic abuse, the Trust also run a range of services from their base, The Pankhurst Centre.  These include a women's drop in and food bank.  They also work as a heritage centre to recognise and celebrate the the achievements of Emmeline Pankhurst and her daughters - check it out, it's a good day out!
